Rewards of Paying Attention

The last few days I've been especially paying attention to my energy. Listening to uplifting and insightful learnings. Watching my intake of nourishment. Walking in nature. Paying attention to my words.

My husband, Henry, took off for his annual weekend with the guys. So I immersed myself in watching videos about energy when I wasn't taking care of myself, dog, and other obligations.

This morning after a cup of tea and some more watching it was time to take care of the energy of body hygiene.

In the mood of paying attention to energy... I received a whimsical idea. It popped into my head. Brush your teeth outside while looking over the beautiful natural landscape. So I did.

Not seconds after receiving the message my mind started to find reasons why I couldn't or shouldn't do that. I shooed them away.

Outside with my pink electric tooth brush in hand... I was listening to the birds singing and looking out over the water when I noticed a bird slow it's flight to a hover and then magically melt its way onto a branch.

It's red tail blazed in my sight and I knew it was a Red-tail Hawk.

I slipped into the sliding door of my office and reached for my camera. No sooner had I found myself in position to snap a couple of shots when an Osprey invaded the his area and spooked him into flight.

I kept snapping hoping my settings were good. I hadn't even had time to check.

I was super pleased when I slotted the memory card into place and viewed what was captured.

The rewards of paying attention. To your surroundings? Yes, but not just the surroundings. To your nudges and inner suggestions. To your energy. To your emotions. To how you are showing up.

When you are paying attention to your energy, vibration and frequency, things happen. Surprise gifts show up. Connections happen in life and business. Your next step magically shows up.

Some might say oh yeah I know that, it's synchronicities. It is and it isn't. When I hear people speak about synchronicities the telling often comes with a flavor of magic or dumb luck. Even to the point that they seem surprised that it happened.

When you are deliberate about cleaning up your life's energy, vibration and frequency then you're deliberate about lining up with synchronicities and magic. It's all energy and it's all tied together.
