Surprise visit this morning
My dog, Maya, and I went for a walk this morning. Part of our walk takes us through Emerald Woods, through nature. Today we were greeted by a Great Blue Heron high up in a tree watching over us. The Great Blue Heron reminds us of our spiritual independence. We walk our journey in this life experiencing our own unique relationship with the creator. We are alone in that no one else has the exact same experiences or we do. Our inner relationship with the divine belongs solely to us. The Heron is also a symbol of balance. They help awaken the ability to progress and evolve.
