The Trap of Working Harder (That Nobody’s Talking About)

What if the very advice you’ve been following—“just work harder”—is the thing keeping you stuck?

This week's vlog is a gentle wake-up call for soul-led entrepreneurs caught in the hustle loop. Let’s shift that.

“You can’t hustle your way into resonance.”

Hello, I'm Kathryn Gorham, and today I want to talk about the trap of working harder.

You’ve probably heard this one: If you want to succeed, just work harder. But what if that’s exactly what’s keeping you—and so many conscious entrepreneurs—stuck?

I’ve seen it so many times. Soul-led entrepreneurs pour their heart into their business. They post more, tweak their offers, join programs, and work harder than ever…And yet, they still feel invisible.Confused. Drained.

I’ve done it too.It feels like you’re doing everything right, but nothing’s landing. And that can be so discouraging.

Here’s what shifted everything for me:Working harder isn’t the issue. The real question is—what are you working from?

What’s the energy you’re bringing into all that effort?

Because if your clarity is fuzzy, if your alignment is off—no amount of effort will make things click. You can’t hustle your way into resonance. No strategy or productivity hack will fix misalignment.

But the moment you return to your own clarity, everything begins to shift. The effort doesn’t disappear—but it stops feeling so heavy. The pressure lifts. You start flowing.

And from that space, business actually starts to feel like you again.

If you're still reading, you're already in motion.Your soul is listening. Stay with that energy.

There’s a free video series waiting for you—to help you clear what’s not yours and move forward with clarity.

I invite you to receive it at PurpleDoorEntrepreneur.com when you’re ready.
